We’re offering an exceptional experience, beginning with 12 months living and learning at the HMS Sultan naval base in Gosport, Hampshire. This is home to Europe’s largest engineering training facility, and here they’ll develop the technical knowhow and leadership ability they need to embark on a remarkable career journey.

We need ambitious people who have at least four GCSEs grade A*- C, or four Scottish Standard 1-3. These must include English, Maths and Science or Engineering. We’ll accept a relevant BTEC /NVQ level 2 and above to replace Science or Engineering.
